  • Please keep in mind that if you would like to order any material though the bookstore, you must complete one of the following forms.


Forms for Ordering Retail Merchandise


You would like to order materials that we do not normally carry in store? No problem! Please fill out this form and we would be happy to help.  (English) (French)

**INSTRUCTIONS ARE WITHIN THE FORM ITSELF. Please ensure that these items are approved by the Purchasing Department as Special Order items are NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-EXCHANGEABLE. We value your wilingness to support our Co-op and will try our best to satisfy your every need.**


Forms for Ordering Texbooks, Coursepacks and Personal Purchases

If you would like our Co-op to carry your course materials or to order books we don't normally sell, you must place an order by clicking on one of the forms below. The Book Manager will send you a confirmation email when we receive and process your order.









Special Order (personal, department, or other):



DEADLINE DATES for Course Materials 


Summer Semester: before April 30th

Fall Semester: before June 15th

Winter Semester: before Novemeber 30th


Average Delivery Times Depending on Publisher Location


Canada: 1 to 3 weeks

USA: 3 to 4 weeks

Outside of North America: 8 – 16 weeks (Most orders come by ship not by air)

Course List: See the Textbook Finder for a list of assigned course materials ordered through the bookstore. They are entered manually by bookstore staff in the order they are received so there may be delays as we get closer to the beginning of classes.
